It has become apparent that proof of earnings and mortgage references are coming in on a regular basis for employees.  Our main aim is to liaise with the security provider and then to ensure invoices are paid within 48 hours of receipt, obviously with the latest Cyprus banking situation, this was delayed by 48 – 72 hours, and all is back on track now, thankfully.

Moving forward, regarding references, we have now set a dedicated email address – references@gmrs.eu, anyone requiring proof of earnings or mortgage reference, please email the dedicated email address.

GMRS do not have a specialist section to deal with these references and thus far we have had to pull off a member of the payroll team to deal with these, we cannot continue to do these at the speed that is required, in some cases next day, you know well in advance if you are going to rent or indeed purchase a property along the requirement banks will want to lend, therefore please be aware for now on we will need a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice to turn around references.
